OUR STORY
It was during his studies in the United States and Canada that Louis Le Duff, from Brittany in France, was inspired by American fast food chains to develop his own innovative concept : french-style fast food. On returning to France, he opened his 1st BRIOCHE DORÉE outlet in Brest in 1976. The foundations for success were laid, from the delicious smell of baking croissants to the outlet's strategic location in the city center, shopping center or airport.
